Following significant investment in new premises, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and long-term RoleThey are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their ever-growing team. You will work on a range of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems across Ireland. Initially, you will work within a team led by a van lead. As the company expands, the successful candidate is expected to progress into a van lead role within approximately 12 months, at which point a company vehicle will be provided. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure system longevity Work with split systems, VRV/VRF, and packaged units Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and F-Gas legislation Deliver excellent customer service and professional advice to clients Complete job reports and paperwork accurately and on time Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years' experience in air-conditioning installation and/or servicing F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Full UK driving licence (essential) Pay & Hours Hourly rate based on experience Paid for up to 50 hours per week Overtime at time-and-a-half for all hours worked above 50 Travel hours paid Benefits 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays and company closure days) Company pension scheme Company outings and social activities throughout the year 20% discount at Infinity Swimming Pool Free onsite parking Staff discount "Perks" card Discounted gym membership Complimentary tea, coffee, and water What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
