Position: Sales Engineer - Steam HVAC, Hydronic, and Pump Systems

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in Steam HVAC to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for driving sales growth and providing exceptional technical expertise, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steam boiler market.
* Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding steam systems and solutions.
* Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
* Collaborate with our engineering team to create tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales engineering, specifically in steam systems and industrial HVAC.
* Strong knowledge of hydronic equipment, pumping systems, and steam equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly solutions.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.


Working Conditions

This position requires you to be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
