As the Fleet Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of overhaul, modification and upgrade projects for our client's fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong safety culture, managing site-specific initiatives and driving continuous improvement through KPI development and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain HSEQW policies to foster a safe working environment and engage the team in safety improvements
* Conduct regular reviews and ensure continuous improvements in site-specific initiatives
* Oversee the efficient delivery of overhaul, modification, and upgrade projects
* Drive business improvement through KPI development and performance monitoring
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues
* Manage financial and commercial aspects, including budgeting, contract compliance, and supplier performance
* Ensure fleet compliance with maintenance documentation, regulations, and company policies
* Drive reliability and performance improvements for the fleet
* Oversee depot assets, facilities, and equipment
* Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering employee engagement and supporting career growth
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
They’re Looking For:
* In-depth knowledge of fleet maintenance techniques and procedures specifically rail
* Broad technical understanding of the relevant rail fleet management
* Proven experience in managing and leading multi-functional teams in a rail, production, fast-moving, or complex environment
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Strong contract and commercial experience
* Experience in managing budgets effectively
* Ability to negotiate with workplace representatives
* Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and principles
