We're now looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving growth, motivating teams, and ensuring we continue to exceed expectations.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and driving performance across our sales and appointment booking teams. You will set the standard for excellence, ensuring KPIs are not only met but exceeded, while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a large sales and appointment booking team to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and targets.
* Implement effective sales strategies, performance frameworks, and incentive structures to maximise results.
* Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop individuals and teams.
* Analyse data and performance metrics, reporting outcomes to senior leadership and using insights to drive improvements.
* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align sales strategy with business goals.
* Drive a culture of excellence, resilience, and accountability across the department.
* Ensure processes and practices remain compliant with regulatory and client requirements.
* Contribute to business growth through innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven track record in high-end sales and appointment booking, ideally within a contact centre or B2B sales environment.
* Demonstrable experience in leading and motivating large teams, driving them to exceed KPIs.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence, influence others, and drive high performance.
* Commercially astute with experience analysing data and making strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels of the business.
* Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset with a passion for results.
* Experience managing senior stakeholders and reporting at executive level.
