Your work will directly contribute to service improvements, cost efficiencies, and better outcomes for communities across the country.
Your key responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
Utilise your strong commercial acumen to identify, engage, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients, driving consistent business growth and client retention.
Serve as a strategic recruitment partner, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and delivering bespoke hiring solutions that support their long-term success.
Proactively attract and engage top-tier talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment journey.
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture by sharing market insights, recruitment strategies, and best practices.Your previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on business development and market expansion.
Proven ability to win new business and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
A solid understanding of recruitment within any sector, with the agility to quickly adapt to client-specific needs and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities, plan strategically, and follow through with precision.
