We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sauce and Flour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising profitability.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Ensure smooth operations during service hours, coordinating between kitchen and front of house
* Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
* Manage bookings and door during the shift
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
