Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Create inspiring, fun, and engaging learning experiences
* Support children's development in line with the EYFS
* Build strong relationships with children and families
* Observe, assess and celebrate progress
* Promote safeguarding and children's welfare at all times
* Be part of a positive, energetic team
* Get messy. Very messy. (Glitter is forever.)
What You'll Need
* Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures
* A warm, nurturing approach
* A good sense of humour (essential)
* Passion for making a difference
Experience with SEND is welcomed and celebrated
