We’re recruiting for a Telephone Account Manager Development Manager to join us on a 12 months FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary. This is a hybrid position. Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong business relationships? Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving goals and making a difference.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts
* Promoting Group Protection products and propositions
* Delivering new business and retention targets
* Developing account strategies using market intelligence
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations
* Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors
* Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications: Who we're looking for:
* Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or sales support
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Commercial awareness and understanding of market conditions
* Knowledge of Group Protection products (desirable)
* Awareness of regulatory and legislative frameworks
* A proactive and achievement-driven mindset
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
