* Develop and oversee creative, data-driven PR strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
* Manage campaign plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring objectives are met.
* Use insights and analytics to evaluate performance and refine approaches.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
* Secure high-quality media coverage across national, regional, and digital outlets.
* Identify and react quickly to media trends, newsjacking opportunities, and industry shifts.
Content Creation
* Write standout press releases, thought leadership pieces, and media pitches.
* Turn data and trends into compelling, newsworthy stories to produce releases for a range of clients, including eCommerce PR or iGaming PR.
* Ensure all content is optimised for both media appeal and SEO performance.
* Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, providing proactive communication and strategic guidance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, creative campaigns.
* Contribute to new business proposals and pitches.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s confident, creative, and ready to take ownership of their accounts.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in a PR agency or in-house communications role.
* A degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven ability to deliver media coverage and manage client relationships.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with measurable outcomes.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
* 29 days holiday (including bank holidays + Christmas closure)
* Flexible hours & hybrid working – two days a week from home
* Company pension
* Free on-site parking
* Career progression opportunities
* Be part of shaping our future benefits package
We’re growing fast — and you’ll grow with us, helping define what a modern PR career looks like.
