Job Description
3. Delivers project and / or programme management services to deliver the Transformation & Change portfolio supporting the development of and co-ordinating plans, deliverable and execution of those to ensure project and programme objectives are met, on time, on budget.
4. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goals.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
8. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in project management.
10. Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from completed projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Programme & Project Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in managing scalable projects
12. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
13. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
15. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
16. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in project management
