Job Description:
We are currently working with an innovative orthopaedic organization focused on arthroplasty and revision products. They are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy, providing opportunities for new team members.
We are seeking an Account Manager for the South West England region, responsible for regional growth within the territory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Promote all products within the nominated UK territory as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
* Attend surgeries and support theatre and hospital staff as needed.
* Provide weekly reports on visited accounts.
* Maintain records of account contact history.
* Coordinate with the area manager on cases requiring clinical support.
* Collaborate with the clinical support specialist on post-sales support.
* Work with the Customer Services Department on hospital requirements and account management.
* Report customer feedback and market information, including post-marketing surveillance insights.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Well presented and able to build effective relationships.
Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in orthopaedic theatre sales and medical device support.
* Demonstrated success in achieving targets.
* Experience managing a territory.
* Full UK driving license (preferably clean).
* Orthopaedic experience.
Education and Qualifications
* Degree or Medical qualification.
