This Behaviour Mentor role is particularly suited to Criminology graduates or individuals interested in youth justice, rehabilitation, and behaviour intervention.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:* Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted behaviour support* Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies* Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches* Build positive, consistent relationships with vulnerable young people* Work closely with safeguarding leads and pastoral teams
In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will gain first-hand experience working with students at risk of exclusion, exposure to youth offending behaviours, and complex home environments.
