Guest Room Attendant
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning guest rooms: Making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens.
* Bathroom sanitation: Scrubbing sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, and restocking toiletries.
* Reporting issues: Notifying maintenance or supervisors about broken fixtures, lost items, or suspicious activity.
* Guest service: Providing friendly and professional interactions if a guest is present in the room or makes a request.
* Restocking carts: Keeping cleaning carts stocked with necessary supplies.
* Following hotel procedures: Adhering to safety, security, and hygiene standards at all times.
