Software Engineer - .NET / Full Stack
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)

What You'll Be Doing
11. Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
12. Collaborating within a cross-functional team to deliver robust software to customers.
13. Leading by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, championing best practices and coding standards.
14. Driving the adoption of comprehensive automated and performance testing.
15. Contributing to the evolution of system architecture and promoting innovation within the team.
16. Supporting production environments and ensuring software reliability and performance.
What We're Looking For
Essential
17. 1-2 years of commercial software development experience.
18. Strong proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
19. Experience building APIs (WebAPI).
20. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, SQLite, or NoSQL systems such as MongoDB or Cassandra).
21. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
22. Experience in unit testing and code review practices.
23. Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
24. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance or scalability challenges in high-throughput systems.
Desirable
25. Experience with evolving or cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
26. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, Vue, etc.).
27. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
28. Understanding of containerisation technologies (Docker / Kubernetes).
29. Experience with Agile programming methods and continuous delivery practices.
