What You’ll Need Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) (highly desirable) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within residential or nursing care. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated commercial and marketing experience within the private care sector. Experience opening or developing a new care service (Desirable) What You’ll Do Take full operational and strategic responsibility for the care home. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional resident care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, driving standards towards Outstanding ratings.
