We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a committed team in Hampshire, focusing on providing high-quality services to children with autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the overall quality of care provided to clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Conducting regular audits and assessments of services, programs, and documentation to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with the clinical team to establish and maintain quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
* Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
* Collecting and analysing data related to service quality and outcomes, preparing reports and presentations for management.
* Facilitating feedback mechanisms for families and clients to ensure their voices are heard in quality improvement efforts.
* Working closely with external regulatory bodies and accreditation organisations to ensure ongoing compliance and successful audits.
* Participating in strategic planning and development of services to align with best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
* Experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a healthcare or educational setting focused on autism services.
* Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and the associated regulatory frameworks in the UK.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies, as well as experience with data management systems.
* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
