Bar Person Ideal Profile:
* Confident in delivering a welcoming and professional guest experience
* Has previous experience working behind a bar in a high-quality venue
* Understands classic cocktails, wine, and spirits
* Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
* Has a proactive attitude and is keen to learn and grow
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bar Person Responsibilities:
* Serving drinks and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
* Preparing cocktails and recommending drinks to guests
* Maintaining a clean, organised bar and ensuring stock levels are managed
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the shift
* Assisting with the setup and close-down of the bar
* Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy service periods
