We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our dynamic Sales Admin team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Technical teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys learning and getting involved across the business. As a critical member of the team, you’ll provide hands-on support across a variety of business areas, including:
* Processing customer orders and managing service contracts end-to-end
* Supporting sales teams with administrative and operational needs
* Handling customer queries and internal requests via inboxes and ticketing systems
* Producing regular reporting, including weekly stock updates
* Coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate order tracking and reconciliation
* Managing hardware stock and supplier ordering
* Managing and improving Sales Administration processes to drive efficiency
* Working cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve workflows
* Supporting ISO documentation and compliance activities

Requirements

* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
