I'm the founder of Evera Mind, a newly launched B2C subscription productivity app. We are starting from 0 paying customers (current users are friends/family beta testers), and I'm looking for an experienced performance marketer to help acquire paid subscribers through Meta ads.
The goal is to reach a minimum of 50 paying subscribers within the first 30 days, assuming product-market fit and reasonable ad spend. I understand results depend on many factors — I'm looking for structured testing, clean tracking, and real performance execution, not vanity metrics.
Scope includes:
Setting up Meta Business Manager and Ad Account properly
Implementing and validating Pixel + conversion tracking (signup → trial → paid upgrade)
Structuring and launching campaigns
Testing multiple creative angles
Optimizing toward paid conversions (not clicks or installs)
Weekly reporting with clear numbers and next steps
You should be comfortable working from a clean slate and owning the full paid acquisition setup end-to-end.
Budget:
~$200/week management
Ad spend funded separately
I'm looking for someone who understands subscription/SaaS funnels and can think in terms of CAC, LTV, and conversion rate — not just traffic.
If you've successfully launched or scaled subscription apps before, please include specific examples and metrics.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
