About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Change Management Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful transformation across multiple industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business areas and work on strategic projects both in the UK and with international teams.
As part of a growing Change Management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting medium-term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You’ll be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
* Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK and internationally.
* Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs.
* Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in Change Management (3–5 years).
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
Desirable Experience:
* Certification in Organizational Change Management.
* Background in HR, strategic communications, or project management.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided).
Soft Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Adaptability and time management.
* Confidence in presenting and collaborating live with teams.
* Highly organized and relationship-oriented.
