What We’re Looking For in a Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
* Proven leadership experience in property management and residential lettings.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, you think like a founder, not a caretaker.
* Commercial acumen, able to identify, justify, and execute strategic growth plans.
* Operational oversight, confident with budgets, systems, performance metrics.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with owners, investors, and internal teams.
* London lettings and management market knowledge and experience scaling a service-led property business.
Your Mandate:
* Lead the business into its next phase of growth.

* Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and margin improvement.
* Modernise brand and operations to attract new clients and third-party landlords.
