This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property assessments and expert advice to clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports. Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements. Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations. Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. Requirements: Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI. Proven experience in residential property surveys.
