What We Are Looking For
 * Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
 * Extensive F&B knowledge, including ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
 * Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable or Micros
 * Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
 * Fluent in English, organised and reliable
 * Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team
 * Computer literacy in Opera, Micros and Adaco is advantageous
Main Duties
 * Coordinate daily restaurant management operations and supervise shifts
 * Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximise member satisfaction
 * Respond efficiently to restaurant customer complaints
 * Appraise staff performance, provide feedback and train new employees
 * Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
 * Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and control operational costs
 * Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
 * Recommend ways to increase productivity and revenues and identify measures to cut waste
 * Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
