North East Lincolnshire – Unit 1, Ground Floor, Acorn Business Park, Moss Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LW.
Pay & Benefits
Salary £24,625 + extra payments for on‑call duties. Driving licence required. Own vehicle needed for travel. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field-based duties.
* Assess and review individual care plans.
* Supervise, instruct and support care staff in the field.
* Manage rotas to impeccable standards.
* Build strong relationships with care workers.
Qualifications
Experience and organisational skills are essential.
* Previous healthcare experience desirable.
* Solid understanding of CQC, care plans and rotas.
* NVQ level 3 is desirable.
* Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
