Join our vibrant team at Lyreco as a Digital Remote Account Manager and take charge of building strong business relationships while driving new business sales. You will work in a dynamic office-based environment, engaging with customers daily to conduct business reviews and create value at every interaction.
Responsibilities
* Effectively manage and develop a customer base in order to exceed set targets.
* Provide customers with bespoke solutions and support them to deliver the best customer experience.
* Accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products to customers’ purchasing behaviour.
* Apply knowledge of Lyreco’s workplace solution propositions, structure and service offerings and promotions to add value to the customer experience.
* Ensure all customers within your section of the client database receive regular contact in line with business expectations and that the customer continues to spend with us.
* Capture the customer’s complete spend of workplace solutions and products, using reports and information available to achieve that aim.
* Take and resolve queries within agreed timescales.
* Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on account issues.
* Maintain accurate CRM account records at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a telephone-based environment.
* Enthusiastic about sales with high standards and a positive attitude.
* Target driven, self-motivated and eager to exceed KPI targets and earn commission.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Excellent communicator who builds successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Adaptable and empathetic communicator, able to assess customer needs effectively.
* Strong active listening skills with the ability to overcome objections and stay positive during interactions.
* Reliable and determined, with a focus on self-improvement.
* Be humble, hungry and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
