The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and client-focused FTV Broker to join a specialist insurance team working within the Media, Film, and Television sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service while developing expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities * Manage client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations. * Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally. * Liaise with insurers and third parties to resolve insurance issues efficiently. * Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with FCA principles. * Maintain up-to-date records, re-broke risks, and secure outstanding premiums. * Support wider team objectives while delivering excellent customer care. What We’re Looking For * Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade C or above); Cert CII or working towards preferred. * Previous experience in insurance (commercial or specialist) desirable. * Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. * Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Self-motivated team player with a high attention to detail.
