About The Role
We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a highly organized Customer Account Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing client base by providing reactive support to Customer Sales Account Managers, enabling them to focus on booking consultation appointments and upselling our services. You will also handle quoting for additional equipment when upselling opportunities are not available through the Account Management team.
This position is office-based, located in Bournemouth, working five days a week.

Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Strong customer service skills and high-level administrative abilities
* Organized with high attention to detail
* Team player with supportive relationships with colleagues and staff
* Proficient in IT and familiar with Windows-based packages
* Positive attitude with a proactive, 'can do' approach
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare sales packs with customer details for scheduled appointments
* Complete costing assessments using sensitive commercial information to evaluate upselling potential
* Identify and communicate upselling opportunities to sales managers
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding additional equipment, providing quotes and guidance
* Propose financing options through leasing companies and communicate outcomes to the team
