Performing detailed entity-by-entity reconciliations
Restoring full balance sheet integrity
Reviewing and resolving bank reconciliations, control accounts, and historic unreconciled items
Reconstructing intercompany and group consolidations
Identifying historic posting issues, ledger misclassifications, and technical accounting gaps
Ensuring month-end and year-end positions are technically robust
Bringing all entities and the consolidated group back to audit-ready standard
Tightening controls, governance, and accounting disciplines
Improving reporting processes and close timelines
Supporting the Group FD with strategic visibility and decision-ready numbers
Creating a clear roadmap for ongoing best practice financial control
