Our Arrow EMEA Graduate Program is a transformative 12-month journey tailored for recent graduates who have completed their education within the last two years. What You Should Expect from the Role:
At Arrow, we believe in learning by doing. You will be fully integrated into our business and entrusted with meaningful responsibilities. As part of the program, you will complete assignments that allow you to apply your knowledge while collaborating with specialized experts on:
* Environmental and Quality Management:
o Support certification audits (maintaining or extending ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 across EMEA) and track the implementation of action plans.
o Coordinate the carbon footprint assessment per country.
o Assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
o Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
* Environmental Sustainability Initiatives:
o Promote the adoption of eco-responsible principles and practices.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
* Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses.
o Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and sessions for all employees.
o Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
* You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
* You have obtained or will obtain a Master’s degree in Quality & Environment related studies in 2025 or within the last two years.
* Business fluent English (oral & written).
* You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Rigorous, autonomous, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
