SENIOR SALES AND EVENTS MANAGER Join our dynamic Green and Fortune Head Office team as a Senior Sales and Events Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our sales and event experiences. If you have seamless event planning skills, amazing sales abilities, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you! The role is predominantly based at our offices in Kings Place and requires active participation to industry and networking events outside the regular office hours. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead by example, supporting and mentoring junior team members while deputising for the Head of Events when required. Act as a key client contact — managing enquiries, creating bespoke proposals, and issuing contracts and invoices on time. Plan and deliver complex, high-profile events from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate event and revenue records on the CRM system, providing regular reporting to management and accounts. Conduct site visits and menu tastings, confidently upselling menus, wines, and packages to maximise sales potential. Work collaboratively with the wider team to grow key client accounts, optimise event capacity, and stay informed on competitors. Ensure all event invoices are paid promptly and uphold strict compliance with data protection legislation and company standards. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in events or sales role within catering industry, ideally managing a small team of executives. Track record of successfully managing events full cycle, from initial enquiry, through meeting the event booker, to delivery. A hands-on and flexible approach, to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An upbeat character through strong communication and interpersonal skills. Planning and organisation skills alongside knowledge of accounts and finance. WHAT DO WE OFFER IN RETURN?
