A Snapshot of Your Day
This role with Siemens Energy will be based at the Siemens Gamesa (SGRE) Blade Factory Site in Hull, where wind turbine blades are manufactured. It’s a dynamic environment contributing to the global renewable energy transition. Your day may involve working with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Employees, Payroll, and external vendors, supporting queries, troubleshooting Workday issues, data management, and supporting on-site initiatives. The large factory site offers ample opportunity for active engagement and collaboration.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR-related administration tasks.
* Supporting the Regional HR Services Manager UK & IE in embedding HR process compliance at the Hull Blade Factory.
* Identifying process improvement opportunities.
* Supporting Workday training, queries, and issues.
* Assisting managers and HR Business Partner with Workday administration and data cleansing.
* Acting as liaison between MyHR (HR services provider) and managers/HR Business Partner.
* Supporting HR initiatives and events coordination.
* Gathering reports and data using Workday and local time management systems.
* Supporting right-to-work checks for new hires and delegates.
* Note-taking support for managers/HR Business Partner.
* Performing ad hoc tasks to support projects and activities throughout the year.
