Contract: Secondment/Fixed Term Contract, 6 months Closing date: 26th June 2025 Recruitment Partner: Anastasia WalkerMcgrath About the role An exciting opportunity to join our expert team as a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll play a key part in coordinating impactful learning solutions that inspire and empower our people to grow and thrive. You will also support our newly opened Learning Studio, helping to create an engaging and seamless learning experience that fosters success and professional development for all our colleagues. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning programs that empower our people to grow and succeed. Key responsibilities Coordinate and schedule our 'high touch' training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs including Leadership, Performance & Talent and specialist functional events such as GAP Negotiation. Coordinate internal and external venue bookings to maximise capacity, cost and learning experience. Act as the first point of contact for learners, providing outstanding customer service and support. Collaborate with Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external learning providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives including training resources Maintain accurate training records and assist with requests to raise POs, budget tracking, reporting and evaluation. Continuously seek ways to enhance the learner experience through feedback and innovation. What you'll need to have Passion to plan, organise and prioritise against deadlines. The ability to engage and influence, through your communication. Customer-focused mindset – committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all learners. A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude. It would be great if you also have Experience in a learning and development or administrative role. Experience of project management or managing events.
