* Conduct technical due diligence & lifecycle assessments
* Deliver clear, robust, and insightful analysis
* Manage Independent Certifier (IC) services across high-profile projects
* Interface with top-tier clientslenders, investors, and developers

?? What Were Looking For
* Degree or equivalent in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Working toward or holding professional registration (e.g., MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIET)
* Experience in M&E surveying or consultancy
* Flexibility to travel nationally for exciting projects
