Join our dynamic team as Vice President – HR (Americas) and shape the strategic direction of our human resources function, driving culture change and fostering business growth in a global setting. Lead innovative HR initiatives, empower high-performing teams, and make impactful strategic decisions to optimize our HR practices and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the people strategy for the Americas region in alignment with business and global HR strategies.
Serve as the HR Business Partner to regional management, providing strategic guidance and support.
Act as a member of global HR leadership team to ensure alignment of global strategies and regional operations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to employees, fostering professional impact and growth.
Proactively address business and employee HR needs, driving effective and reliable solutions.
Lead the implementation of innovative HR ideas and processes, managing change effectively.
Empower, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Continuously optimize HR processes and practices in collaboration with global centers of excellence and other regions.
Make strategic decisions about HR investments while managing budget and costs effectively.
Qualifikationen
Proven experience leading various HR functions in complex environments.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of HR topics throughout the employee life cycle.
Track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering individual development.
Experience in integrating diverse perspectives and cultures for operational excellence and innovative HR solutions.
Proficiency in driving cultural change and leading implementation of innovative solutions.
Strategic thinking skills coupled with operational execution capabilities.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across different stakeholders and levels.
HR Certification is preferred but not required.
Minimum of eight years’ experience leading HR teams, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
