All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with You’ll have full commercial control and input into estimating, reconciliation surveying, and the manufacturing process You’ll manage and grow the commercial team You’ll ensure internal financial controls are effective. You’ll be responsible for the financial performance and profitability of the division. You’ll monitor and advise on cashflow and marketing strategy. You’ll take a lead in the calculation and preparation of tenders, applications, and margins. You’ll provide critical commercial data on output to aid an active role in monitoring and improving manufacturing process. The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: You'll have previous experience in any manufacturing industry, whilst Joinery is preferred You'll be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, You'll have knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing and processes, You'll hold a driving licence, You'll act in a manner befitting the status and responsibility of a Joinery Commercial Manager and of the image of the company.
