Provide focused small-group and one-to-one support to boost pupil progress. Assist in planning and delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create tailored learning strategies. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. About You We’d love to hear from you if you have: A HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience supporting teaching and learning). Confidence in leading groups and managing lessons. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to supporting every child. Experience working with pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential). A passion for helping all learners reach their full potential.
