Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, develops, implements, and administers HR programs. This role provides proactive, customer-focused support to meet organizational objectives and align with People and Business Strategies.
The successful candidate will support various client groups, develop HR initiatives impacting key business objectives, and play a vital role in company-wide HR strategies.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business-related discipline
* Experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a complex, matrix environment
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy development and implementation
* Experience with office applications and HR systems like Oracle
* Experience with people change programs is a plus
Additional Information
The role offers a salary between £55,600 and £69,500, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus. We support hybrid working (typically 3 days in-office) or full-time office work. Relocation assistance may be available for UK-based applicants.
