You'll have
1. Proven experience in project and programme management, ideally in FMCG manufacturing.
2. Expertise in PMO governance, change prioritisation, and benefit tracking.
3. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and matrix management skills.
4. Skilled in Prince2, Lean, and other change methodologies.
5. A strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
6. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings energy and urgency to everything they do.
