My client is an not for profit organisation based in Coventry
Job Description
3. Compile Monthly management accounts to include TB, balance sheet, P&L, aged debtors, aged creditors from the group subsidiaries, including variance analysis and commentary
4. Review and challenge balance sheet reconciliations of the group subsidiaries.
5. Assist in preparing consolidated accounts.
6. Business partner with departmental budget holders, ensuring that they are kept up to date
7. Supporting year end process
8. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
10. Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree in Accounting & Finance.
12. Experience within the not-for-profit industry or similar sectors.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
