Evolve are partnering with a leading UK Ophthalmic company who are seeking a Data Insights Manager to join their team. You’ll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across Ophthalmic and retail business units. This role is responsible for generating insights from diverse data sources to inform sales strategy, optimise resource allocation, and improve sales force effectiveness.
This is a full time permanent remote based role.

Ideal Requirements for the Data Insights Manager
* Proven experience in data analysis insights generation, and CRM management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, OTC, or similar commercial environment.
* Experience with forecasting methodologies and sales performance measurement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
* Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in ophthalmology, optometry or related therapeutic areas is advantageous.
Role Responsibilities for the Data Insights Manager
* Generate robust, data-driven insights that align with business strategies and support evidence-based commercial decision-making.
* Lead and coordinate forecasting processes and sales performance tracking to monitor progress against targets and inform corrective actions.
* Manage key account data related to MPSC (Medicines Procurement and Supply Chain), NHS Contracts, and Dispensing Doctors to ensure accurate reporting and strategic planning.
* Design, create, and manage dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visualisations of sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
