Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay
starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week.
We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you’re available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we’d still love to hear from you. You will be responsible for
* Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order, and acting on customer feedback.
* Creating a positive impression for customers through good standards of dress and readiness to serve.
* Following the service culture by demonstrating helpful and friendly behaviors and enthusiasm for customer service.
* Ensuring legal compliance and demonstrating due diligence in your department.
* Supporting your manager to control costs, maintain stock accuracy, and prepare for stock routines.
You will need
* A passion for delivering great service with a smile.
* The drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
* The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for human connection.
* The ability to build relationships with colleagues to foster a team spirit.
* To be punctual, well presented, and a brand ambassador.
