Key Responsibilities
1. Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the CEO
2. Prepare agendas, briefs, reports and meeting documentation
3. Coordinate meetings, logistics, travel and events
4. Produce accurate minutes and track follow‑up actions
5. Maintain organised filing systems and manage documents on Microsoft 365
6. Support governance administration and statutory compliance
7. Handle confidential HR casework and coordinate formal meetings
8. Assist with procurement, operations and general administrative tasks
9. Provide flexible, ad‑hoc support across the organisation
Essential
10. Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders
11. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
12. Excellent written and verbal communication
13. High attention to detail and accuracy
14. Ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure
15. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
16. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
17. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
18. Flexible, professional and discreet
19. Full driving licence and access to transport
20. Willingness to work occasional evenings for meetings
21. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
