Job Description: As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the entire order process, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. You will be responsible for processing orders accurately, tracking shipments, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
