Are you an experienced estimator ready for your next challenge?
As an Estimator at Celtic Offsite, you'll prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for timber frame construction projects, working closely with colleagues and clients to support tenders, technical meetings, and project delivery. You'll use your technical skills to ensure quality, efficiency, and clear communication throughout each project.
We're looking for someone with experience in timber frame estimating, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. You'll be organised, confident working with drawings and numbers, and comfortable collaborating with both colleagues and clients.
* £30,000–£45,000 (dependent on experience)
* Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in the office, Pontygwindy Industrial Estate, Caerphilly)
* Permanent, Full-time
