Salary: £38,000 per annum + Uncapped Monthly Bonus worth £ OTE

We are currently seeking a skilled and committed Roofer to join our growing team in Scotland.
The Role
You will monitor and maintain standards of the teams operating in Scotland. You will audit job cards and help put measures in place to support operatives who are not at the level required. You'll be supported by our Service Delivery Manager and our Help Desk team, with real-time scheduling and reporting managed via our CRM system. You will be the vital link between the office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Use software to receive, update and close jobs, including uploading photographs and job notes.
* Liaise professionally with residents, clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Be the first port of call for regional operatives.
* Provide support to Management team in attending complex repairs and surveys.
* Conduct dynamic risk assessments on-site to ensure safety and awareness of ACMs.
* Pick up and get new vehicles ready for new starters including access/van stocks and basic inventory.
* Train and induct new starters.
* Key enabler to the back office and site teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a roofer in reactive maintenance or social housing.
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing (preferred).
* Valid CSCS Card and full UK driving licence (essential).
* PASMA certification (essential).
* Comfortable using mobile job management systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
