Role Purpose
The Head of Operations (HOO) will lead and operationalisethe Corporate Division’s delivery function. They will ensure the smooth andefficient running of all operational processes, managing people, systems, andprocedures to guarantee vehicles are delivered to customers on time, tospecification, and with outstanding service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop the Administration, AccountManagement, and Logistics teams.
* Oversee all operational processes including accountmanagement, sales administration, and vehicle delivery.
* Ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved: deliveryvolumes, data accuracy, timeliness of customer information, and servicequality.
* Act as a key liaison with leasing companies,manufacturers, and end customers to ensure seamless handovers and deliveryexperiences.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuringpositive outcomes and protecting the company’s reputation.
* Develop and enhance existing processes and systems to meetevolving client, manufacturer, and customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align deliverycapability with sales volumes and brand targets for month-end, quarter-end, andyear-end.
* Ensure compliance with brand and manufacturer operationalstandards.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in operations or logistics leadershipwithin a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, with theability to monitor, interpret, and act upon key performance metrics.
* Strong process-orientation with the ability to implementand improve operational systems.
* Excellent man-management and team leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving and resolution skills with a calm,professional manner.
* Detail-focused, binary thinker with the ability to balanceanalytical rigour and people skills.
