Salary- £25 000 - £30 000 (DOE)
Role:
Seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running of a new central London office. The role covers facilities management, supplier coordination, health & safety oversight, office upkeep, and culture support through onboarding and team events.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, suppliers, and facilities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protocols.
* Support employee experience through onboarding and social event coordination.
* Act as a key point of contact for facilities and IT-related needs.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in office management or administration.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask independently.
