An award-winning IT service provider has a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology with a willingness to learn, develop, and possess a blend of basic technical knowledge and outstanding customer service skills.
Duties
* Providing technical product support to clients with a focus on quick resolution of incidents and ensuring great customer satisfaction
* Analyzing and troubleshooting application issues
* Reviewing tickets created by clients, including categorization and routing
* Handling incoming client calls, logging tickets with correct categorization and resource assignment
* Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
* Continuously learning the latest technical best practices
* Escalating tickets to Level 2, Level 3, and vendor-specific resolver teams as per our escalation process
About you
To be an ICT Support Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with at least 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month Apprenticeship offers a salary of £15,000 per year. You will receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to enhance your skills.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognized Level 3 IT qualifications.
