You’ll be supported by a dedicated administrative team, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional advice and outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will: Build, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external introducers Manage a structured customer review process, ensuring every customer receives ongoing, tailored support Generate new introductions through trust, rapport and excellent service Contribute to goals across customer satisfaction, quality, business growth and personal development Partner with branch colleagues to bring clear, expert advice to new and existing customers across Northumberland Review customers financial circumstances and provide advice that supports their financial wellbeing and future planning Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers within the community, helping build awareness and trust About You You’re a QCA Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser who is passionate about helping people make informed choices about their financial future.
