Contract: Full time (37 hours), permanent position within an ambitious, successful and growing Trust.
A highly organised, driven and creative individual is required to lead our skilled operations team.

Key Requirements & Duties:
5. To provide high quality strategic leadership in all aspects of leading the IT, Facilities, HR and School Ops Teams.
6. Inspire a skilled and committed operations staff to deliver excellent services for Connect.
7. A natural leader, with a successful career (ideally in HR or Facilities), who has high expectations and can bring about continued improvement across the whole operations team.
8. The post will be based in schools, with some home-working available.
9. A commitment to learn from others and further develop excellent practice across the whole Trust.
10. Experience of working in a Multi-Academy Trust is preferred.
